How it works.
9Round is "Circuit Style" which means that unlike a class, it is in operation the entire time we are open. Members can come in any time and can start their workout as soon as they are ready. There is a timer that is visual and audible in the club. When the timer light is green, the round is in play for 2 and a half minutes. When it turns yellow, it means the round has 30 seconds left, and when it turns red, it's time to move to the next round! That way, everyone is moving together and there is never a wait for equipment to become available unlike a conventional gym. In 30 minutes you will complete your workout!
