Commit to Fit Program Highlights:
- You will be assigned a coach from the club
- We will record your starting KFI's (Key Fitness Indicators) and measure your progress over time.
- We have a medical-grade calibrated scale and body fat measuring equipment at the club for your use.
- We'll help you make a plan that will achieve your goals on a timeline that works and help you stay on that plan
- We will track your visits and assist you with recording your KFI's.

What is driving you to get in shape NOW? A special event? A new physical hobby or sport? A realization? Identify what has you visualizing that fit version of yourself as you begin this new chapter! Think about it and share a reason you might want to get yourself in shape!
