To Unfreeze - Navigate to the Unfreeze option in the Members Portal or just head into the club when you're ready and let the trainer know you're back

1) We now have 3 Freeze Options to choose from so that you can maintain your account AND your fitness while your membership is paused!
1. Core Membership Freeze: No frills at $19 a month.
2. Add Online workouts that update weekly for a discounted additional $8 per month
3. Add Club Access if you're staying local and want to pop in once in a while to maintain your fitness! For Frozen members your discounted rate is $10/planned visit per month.
2) Freeze logistics, timing and automated transaction processing limitations can be complex. A payment scheduled within 48 hours of your notice may process - AND it is not uncommon
for credit card processing notifications to show the payment as occurring up to 5 days past the day your credit card processor receives the posting.
3) Cancellation of a Frozen Account: Upon notice of cancellation, your account will be un-frozen and your cancellation will be processed immediately including satisfaction of your 30 day
notice obligation that is applicable regardless of your freeze status. We will make your cancellation effective immediately, however if you would like 30 days subsequent access please let
us know.
4) Please remember to make a note of your freeze dates! Your membership will automatically unfreeze at the end of your specified freeze duration.
