Tuesday Wednesday 6am to 10am and 1:00 to 8pm Thursday Friday 6am to 9:00 am Saturday 8am to 11am Members have 24/7 Access outside these hours! "I have to admit that I wasn't sure how the 24/7 thing would work since I love all the trainers so much.
