Contract Terms
Your individual membership contract was emailed to you when you joined 9Round and contains terms and conditions that pertain to your membership. If you are unable to locate your membership agreement and wish to review it, please let us know and we will send you a copy.
Ediquitte and Access Rules
All persons using our facility whether they are a member, Trainer, guest, vendor or other shall treat all others with courtesy and respect at all times. Our Trainers are there to help members meet their goals, ensure safety and conduct their duties in terms of running the business as well. As they are often running the club alone, they must balance these objectives as best they can. Trainers are subject to extensive physical activity in the act of providing training and as such, may at times be in need of rest or may even have sustained an injury. Therefore their ability to engage in padwork or other activities can vary. Additionally, 9Round Trainers are expected to handle business services, provide orientation, deliver first-time workouts, and sell memberships during business hours. We want all persons accessing the Club to have an understanding of this and to be respectful of our Trainers' as they manage their shifts. Our 24/7 full automation has enabled our members to enjoy their workout experience fully, even if and when our on-site trainers are not present or are temporarily attending to other business.
