You can unfreeze instantly using the form below or you can also schedule your unfreeze.

1) Your first Freeze as a member is on us! You can freeze once for up to a month at no charge.
2) Any Freeze for greater than one month (or subsequent freeze) is $19 per month. Members remain in good standing while frozen.
3. Timing: Freeze logistics, timing and transaction processing limitations can be complex. A payment scheduled within 48 hours of your notice may process - AND it is not uncommon for
credit card processing to show the payment up to 5 days past the day they receive the posting. Please enter a freeze date at least 48 hours from the current time.
4. Cancellation of a Frozen Account: Upon notice of cancellation, your account will be un-frozen and your cancellation will be processed from there. Please keep in mind that your 30 day
cancellation notification obligation at your regular membership rate is applicable.
4) Please remember to make a note of your freeze dates! Your membership will automatically unfreeze at the end of your specified freeze duration.
